At Bombees, a brand of Brandbloom, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a generous 60-day return period, so you can try your order without worries.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order up to 60 days after receipt.

How can I return an item?

Send an email to info@bombees.com and mention your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and the return address by email.

Note: The customer is responsible for returning the package.
We recommend returning the package with a valid track & trace number and sharing it with us. Make sure to clearly place the order number on or inside the package so we can process your return quickly.

Are return costs free?

No, return costs are at your own expense. This includes shipping costs and any additional taxes or fees.

When will I get my money back?

After receiving and approving your return, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The amount will be refunded no later than 5 business days via the original payment method.

Damage or defects

Was your order delivered damaged or defective? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@bombees.com and add clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Damages reported later or not properly documented may be refused.

Return conditions

πŸ”Ή Hygienic products (such as underwear or sealed items) cannot be returned once the packaging is opened or the seal is broken, in accordance with article 6:230p civil code.

πŸ”Ή We only accept returns if the item:

  • Unused
  • Not washed
  • In the original, undamaged packaging

πŸ”Ή Additional conditions:

  • Products must be in good, clean, and undamaged condition.
  • When testing a pillow, always use a clean pillowcase to prevent stains, odors, or damage.
  • Preferably return in the original packaging.

For opened or used products that are no longer suitable for inspection or donation, the return may be refused or a depreciation may be applied.

Bundle offers

Bundle offers (such as 1+1 free, 2+3 free, or other promotions) must be returned in full. It is not possible to partially return items from a bundle. Returns are only accepted if the entire bundle is sent back.

Free received products

Did you receive free products with your order? Then these must be sent back completely and in good condition with the return. Missing or damaged free products may lead to refusal of the refund.

Shipping risk and return address

The shipping risk lies with you as the customer. We recommend sending your return insured and with track & trace and keeping the shipping proof until your return is fully processed. Returns sent to an address other than the specified return address will not be accepted.
